Criminal Background Check Includes: A State-Wide Criminal report containing infromation from DOC (Department of Corrections), AOC (Administration Office of the Courts) and DPS (Department of Public Safety) state level searches.

Criminal Background Checks are done according to state selected above.
Criminal records are obtained from county courts, department of corrections, administration of the courts, and other legal agencies for the selected state. Criminal offenses reported may include felonies, misdemeanors, sexual offences, and more.

DOC data contains records of individuals who have been convicted of felonies from the superior court level and have been sentenced to probation or more than 12 months in prison. AOC data contains convictions from both the superior and municipal court level. DPS data contains misdemeanor convictions from both the superior and municipal court level.
